1. Agreement

By using ResellTrackr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use ResellTrackr. You are responsible for your account, credentials, and activity. Keep your login details secure and notify us if you believe your account is compromised.

3. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed by Stripe. Pricing, billing cycle, tax, and invoices are shown at checkout and in the Stripe customer portal. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier and free-tier limits apply.

We may update pricing or plan limits from time to time. Where required, we will provide advance notice before changes take effect for your subscription.

If payment fails, we may suspend paid features until payment is successfully collected.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform, or use the service in ways that break applicable laws.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us permission to process and store it as needed to provide the service.

6. Licence and Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ResellTrackr for your internal business and personal resale tracking purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify features, limits, or pricing, and may temporarily suspend service for maintenance. We may update these Terms from time to time.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service. If we terminate your account, we will notify you and, where applicable, provide an opportunity to export your data beforehand.

You may stop using the service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting support.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ResellTrackr is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we are unable to resolve the matter, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice in the product or by email where appropriate.
